Well done to all the teams from around the world ... and especially our UK teams of Fenibot, The Next Generation, Widcombe Wrobotiers and Up 'N' Atom. Congratulations to Widcombe Wrobotiers for your Innovative Design and Best Presentation awards … a superb achievement.

Many thanks to the FLLOEC sponsors and organizers for a fantastic event, and for making it possible for us to see (and hear) the events at home via the Live Streaming. That’s been excellent.

A big thanks also to First Hand Technology and to Paul Foster for their support, for the great web and blog site, and for keeping the folks back home up to date with all the photos and news.

I'd echo the Marsden's comments.  This has been superbly well organised, and to see all the blogs, photos and live streaming has made us left at home feel really involved and in touch.

Congratulations to the winners, but also to all teams taking part especially the superb Up N Atom team and their supporters and teachers.  Well done for such a brilliant achievement in not only getting to the finals but putting in such amarvellous effort.  You have made all of us parents  feel very proud of you.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow at the airport.  

By the way, shall we suggest a minor change to the New Lodge lunch menus to accommodate various varieties of traditional Norwegian stew for the coming week?

Yes indeed - well done all the UK teams and thanks to Paul for his blogs: it's been almost like being there.  And well done to the Windcombe Wrobotiers!!!!!

Brilliant performances by all the teams, and well done to Widcombe.  Luke and I are absolutely delighted for you.

Now we have all got to work together to make FLL much bigger in the UK, spreading the word about what FLL is, how to get involved, so as many children as possible have the opprtunities we had to participate at Birmingham in the great day that was the UK Final, then at the truely international (global ??) competitions in Atlanta and Bodo.
